    Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to provide cleaning services in Delaware and Maryland.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. We can make arrangements to access your property if necessary.
  • What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
    If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue at no additional charge.
  • Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
    Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, or customized schedules for recurring services to keep your space looking fresh.
  • What types of cleaning services do you provide?
    We offer residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and Airbnb cleaning services, as well as shredding and junk removal.
  • What cleaning products do you use?
    We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your home, family, and the environment.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
    No, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you prefer specific products, please let us know.
  • How far in advance do I need to schedule?
    We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance, but we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
  • Is there an extra fee for large spaces or special requests?
    Extra fees may apply for larger properties or specialized requests. We’ll provide an estimate before the cleaning.

If you’re not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly. Here's how:

Executive Shine Services LLC accepts cash, major credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, and digital payments such as PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo for your convenience. Payments are due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed upon. For commercial clients, we offer invoicing with net 15 payment terms. A receipt will be provided for all transactions. Damage & Liability Policy

At Executive Shine Services LLC, we take great care in handling your property and belongings. However, in the rare event that damage occurs, we ask that you report it to us within 24 hours of service completion. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution. Executive Shine Services LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or items that are fragile or not secured properly. Refund Policy

At Executive Shine Services LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds are not typically issued. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue, including a complimentary re-clean if necessary. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible.
